Arnold Schwarzenegger Smoking Weed

What a refreshing attitude in the present and clear enjoyment in the past, I reckon he loved that joint!
In an interview in 1977, the year the clip of him smoking was filmed, he was asked if he took 'dope':
"Yes, grass and hash - no hard drugs. But the point is that I do what I feel like doing."
If only all politicans were so honest!

Hasha la Vista, baby!
Apologies for the cheesy subject line! Totally agree with previous comments. The Governator has gone up in my estimation. Unapologetic honesty is what we need from our politicians - drugs are a fact of life (including state-sanctioned drugs like alcohol and tobacco) and as long as we apologise ('but I didn't inhale'), we bow down to the moral crusaders who keep this debate so muddied and confused.
I like 'the Governator' . . . .
even though he is a Republican! He is probably a 'nice' guy too.
Honestly is so refreshing...even if it comes from the mouth of a bodybuilder, turned actor, turned politician who backed the McCaine Palin ticket. I'll take it any way I can get it.
politicians are real people too
The interesting thing about this clip is that there's nothing surprising about it. of course Arnie has smoked weed - and enjoyed it. that's the point about it - most people who have led a full and interesting life have used drugs. and of course people who have led full and interesting lives are the sorts of people who should be politicians. it makes them more qualified, not less.
i would vote for Arnie too, (if he wasn't a Republican and if i was American and lived in California...)
