Coca chewing is custom not addiction

A news report from Peruvian television on the practice of chewing coca leaves and drinking 'maté'. Dr Baldomero Cáceres lends his support to the view that it should be viewed as a traditional custom and not an addiction - the Peruvian government is reported as being under pressure to show the United Nations that this is the case.
