    Do All Psychiatrists Have ADHD?

    According to the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders, ADHD is a neuropsychiatric condition characterized by problems with organization, sustaining attention, procrastination, daydreaming, hyperactivity, restlessness, and impulsivity.
    I would like to propose that the entire Psychiatric Establishment is rife with these characteristics, and to prove this I will go through them one by one.

        Maybe you know this song from Iggy Pop, well known bad rock'n'roll guy. I love him, he was a real enfant terrible and he still is a little bit. He was high on heroin and he celebrated it in a way. It was in his songs and it was in his outfits, he was the drug for me in the 80's. He and David Bowie, the Bewlay Brothers, well they came on so loaded, man, well hung on snow white tan.

          UNICEF faces broad scrutiny

          LOCAL rights group says it has proof that UNICEF resources have been used to transport illegally detained children to a controversial drug rehabilitation centre accused of human rights abuses. The news has sparked renewed demands for the UN agency to review its funding, and a representative of the European Union is calling for an investigation into whether EU-funded assets were used in carrying out possible “human rights violations”.

            Budapest resigns from ECAD

              A Catholic Bishop has caused controversy by going against traditional Catholic values and endorsing needle exchange as an efficient way to combat the Aids/HIV epidemic.

              Bishop Hubbard of the Albany Diocese who serves as the chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on International Justice and Peace has approved a proposal to distribute clean needles to heroin addicts in two urban areas of Albany, New York.

                  Transportation Of IV Equipment And Police Stop And Search Procedure

                  I am writing this article because, I am extemely concerened about the practice of police in relation to stop and search procedures and the transportation of safe injecting equipment from needle exchanges to home, or other place of use.

                  I myself was recently searched whilst travelling in a car, along with two other passengers. A small amount of cannabis resin, about 1.75 gm's was found on one person. I myself was not carrying any controled substances, but I was carrying a packet of injecting equipment, obtained from a needle exchange.
