Ernesto Cortés
Ernesto Cortés is a social anthropologist with a Master's degree in Criminology and a Master's degree in Mental Health. He is Director of the Costa Rican Association for the Study and Intervention in Drugs (ACEID), a member of the Costa Rican Harm Reduction Association (ACORED), the Latin American and Caribbean Network of People Who Use Drugs (LANPUD), and the International Network on Hepatitis and People Who Use Substances (INHSU). He has extensive experience in research and advocacy in drug policy, both nationally and internationally.
