Juls Budau has an MSW from the University of Northern British Columbia, as well as eight years of experience working on the frontlines of the toxic drug crisis in BC. She is also an OAT and prescribed safer supply patient. She currently works as a research advisor for UBC's School of Population and Public Health and lives in a tiny home in Victoria with her dog, Teddy.
