Cannabis activist argues that his human rights have been breached

Neil Morgan argues that it is his human right to grow cannabis for his own consumption. He arues that this righty is enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights that addresses the right of every citizen to have a private life. Over 35 years he has been arrested for cannabis offences 15 times.

It is Mr Morgan's goal to end up in the European court where he can argue that his previous prosecutions were illegal. In previous court appearances the long-term grower has not denied possessing or cultivating cannabis but pleaded not guilty to charges as he believes his activities are legal.
