Kevin Gilnack

Kevin B. Gilnack is Principal of KG Consulting LLC, a Massachusetts-based public affairs consulting firm, and Policy Co-Chair of Equitable Opportunities Now, a nonprofit focused on creating meaningful opportunities in the cannabis industry for people harmed by the war on drugs. During his time as executive director of the Commonwealth Dispensary Association, he worked with the state and industry to enable medical dispensaries to being serving patients and helped write the 2016 Ballot Question 4 legalising adult use sales. He is also one of the 6,500 to receive a federal pardon from President Biden for a cannabis conviction.
