Tom Fresen

Tom holds a MSci in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester. His concern about drug policy grew through lived experience of the harm caused by ineffective policy, and was cemented through his studies. Tom is interested in person-centred harm reduction, legalisation and regulation, and psychedelics.
