Paulina Cortez Licona

Paulina Cortez Licona (she/her) is the Project Coordinator and a Researcher on the Public Health and Social Policy team at Harm Reduction International (HRI). She is a public health, gender, and drug policy specialist and a human rights advocate with a strong commitment to social justice. Her work has focused on advancing the rights of women, migrants, people who use drugs, and LGBTQ+ communities.
